Paul was a dear friend and colleague at the Institute of Health Sciences, Muscat, Oman. He was a sincere man and a man of integrity. As a senior colleague, and as a brother in Christ, he was always my sounding board, and go-to-person. I will always cherish the time spent together in Muscat. May his soul rest in peace.
